Niet iedereen heeft perfect gevormde voeten en mooie rechte tenen. Scheve tenen, hamertenen, klauwtenen, knobbels en zwellingen en likdoorns komen vaak voor. Met een teenstukje (orthese) van siliconen kan ik veel problemen verhelpen of verlichten.

Eelt en een likdoorn kunnen worden verwijderd maar omdat de oorzaak ( het drukpunt) niet verdwijnt, komt het telkens terug. Het doel van de orthese is om de oorzaak weg te nemen zodat de eeltvorming vermindert of zelfs helemaal verdwijnt.

Een orthese wordt gemaakt van siliconen, een glad en zacht materiaal dat prettig aanvoelt .<\/span>
\nEen orthese gebruikt men om pijnpunten te ontlasten.<\/span>
\nBijvoorbeeld bij een likdoorn, op, onder of tussen de tenen, drukontlasting van hamer- of klauwtenen.<\/span><\/div>\n
